Day 1: Welcome at airport or hotel in Lisbon. Transfer (10min) to train. Train (2h) + car (1h) to Porto covo. Opcional: private transfer Lisbon to Porto Covo (2h).

Day 2: Porto Covo to Vila Nova Milfontes. Coastal Hiking (19km, +300m)
as we leave Porto Covo and leave this small fishing village behind, we start walking through the cliffs an into the beach, with a spectacular scenery of the Peach Island in front of the late 1500´s castle. It’s a long day introducing the type of scenery we´ll be on for five amazing days, arriving to Vila Nova de Mil Fontes another typical fisherman’s village. Lodging at a charming Guest House and great places to eat fresh local fish.

Day 3: Vila Nova Milfontes to Almograve. Coastal Hiking (13km, +300m)
This day begins with a short boat ride by our local captain to cross the river Mira to other side were the beach begins, we will walk along beaches, cliffs, we will feel that we are totally isolated and in a pure contact with earth enjoying the mix sensation of being in land and having a beautiful and overwhelming sensation coming from the ocean. We will cross the dunes to enter the little village of Almograve to lodge at a charming guest house.

Day 4: Almograve to Touril. Coastal Hiking (19km, +350m)
As we leave the Almograve behind we walk along the beach to a part where the scenery dramatically changes as we leave the beach to approach higher cliffs passing by a small fisherman´s port and head to the Cape Sardão. At this point we walk the high cliffs along the ocean to reach the nice place where we´ll spend our night.

Day 5: Touril to Brejão. Coastal Hiking (15km, +350m)
It’s a beautiful walk along the cliffs with great views, heading to Zambujeira do Mar a very know village from the region inside this Natural Park we´ve been crossing. Desert little beaches with nearly no access and some with the access of ropes used by the local fisherman to catch sea-food. And nests of storks all along the coastline as we walk through the single tracks made by the fisherman. It is a contrast of colors very typical of this wild coast still very preserved.

Day 6: Brejão to Odeceixe. Coastal Hiking (13km, +350m)
As we leave the Guest House behind we head to the beach named after the greatest Portuguese singer of Fado, Amalia Rodrigues. This day is marked by the storks nests, by the small village of fisherman we will cross by, and the fact that we will arrive our final destination with a great view over Odeceixe and river that separates the two southern regions of Portugal, Alentejo and then the Algarve. Odeceixe is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.

Day 7: Travel back from Odeceixe to Lisbon, car (1h) + train (3h). Opcional direct private transfer to Lisbon (3h).
